I am in partnership with a group of thirty-eight artists who opened a Popup Gallery here on Kentlands Market square in Gaithersburg. We are approaching our first anniversary come September. Drop by and enjoy the art and pick up a gift for that special someone. Original Art: oil, watercolor, dry media, photographs, small 3-Dimensional hangings, along with cards and prints and fine handcrafted jewelry, pottery and glass.

Urbana Library Exhibition

This is the last in my series of Frederick County Library Art Exhibits. It is located on the bottom floor of the building along the entry way to the stairs. I will give a short talk about my work and approaches to creating the images that I desire. (Thursday, June 21 at 11:15 AM.)

The Delaplaine Arts Center National Juried Exhibit 2018
April 20 - June 10, 2018
Laura M. Amussen, Director of Exhibitions and Curator at Goucher College’s Rosenberg and Silber Galleries, and an educator at Towson State University, will serve as exhibit juror.
The Artist Reception will be held on Saturday, May 5 3:00 - 5:00 pm.

A New Experience! Spectrum Artists Pop-Up Gallery
October 2017 through June 2018
2017 was full of surprises. I have joined 14 other local artists showing our work through a temporary venue, in a yet to be leased store front located in the newly developed complex called Spectrum Town Center at 259 Spectrum Ave, Gaithersburg, Maryland. It is located in the court yard, close to the Barking Mad Cafe. Hours are Saturdays and Sundays only: 11am - 3pm and 5pm - 8pm manned by contributing artists. Come by and see what our local talent has to offer.
Frederick County Library - Brunswick Library
One Man Show 12 / 2017 - 3/ 2018
This is a brand new experience for me. I am one of three artists invited to provide a group of works that will rotate around three Frederick County Libraries between December and August. Each artist will show his body of work at Thurmont, Urbana and Brunswick libraries for three months each. This adds up to three one-man shows in nine months! How cool is that? Quite a challenge, but i'm looking forward to it. I am now showing four pieces at the Brunswick Library Through June
GFAA Annapolis Exhibit at Maryland House of Delegates
Beginning of January, 2018 thru this year's session
An exhibit of 30-40 paintings in the hallway of the Montgomery County Delegation. Exhibit will continue until the end of the legislative session

Up-coming Show -- Strathmore Plein Air Exhibit --
~ November, 2018
This is a special exhibit that will help promote the Montgomery County Plein Air Artist group. The show will feature works that exhibit the views in and around the Strathmore complex in Bethesda. It will be exciting since the show offers us a chance to sketch or paint within the music complex during performances, though out the next year. Stay tuned for our progress and confirmed date of exhibition.
